Stars in The Night Sky

Tonight you will leave La Serena and drive up to the Alfa Aldea Observatory. The sky in this region is clear at least 300 days a year and offers an unforgettable stargazing experience.

Upon arrival, you will explore the observatory’s installations and have a brief presentation. Subsequently, you will look through open-air telescopes at the night sky above you. You will be able to spot galaxies, planets, moon craters and even nebulas.
