SUR was founded in 2017. It is a boutique Destination Management Company operating directly in South America, with teams on the ground in Peru, Chile, and Argentina, and trusted partners across the region to offer a seamless standarized level of service.
Intentionally small by design, we curate each journey with a close network of independent local suppliers—family-run lodges, guides, drivers, chefs, artisans, and cultural projects—ensuring flexibility, depth, and real human connection. Because we operate locally and without layers of intermediaries, every trip supports daily livelihoods and local economies in a tangible way, proving that well-designed travel can be both seamless for professionals and meaningful for the places it touches.
