Day 1: ARRIVAL IN SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Pick up at the airport and transfer to your hotel, depending on the time of your flight.

Day 2: SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Explore the city
Today we will explore the vibrant city center of Santiago, with its Plaza de Armas, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Ahumada pedestrian walkway, the Government Palace “La Moneda” (exterior), Plaza de Armas; Cerro Santa Lucía where it is possible to appreciate a beautiful view. We will also get to know Concha y Toro heritage neighborhood for photographs of Santiago in the early twentieth century. Later, walk through the main avenues of the old part of the city, crossing the bohemian neighborhood of Bellavista until reaching the modern sector, including its residential neighborhoods with beautiful buildings. At the end we will go up to the Sky Costanera viewpoint to appreciate a panoramic view of the city. Lunch will be served at “Barrica 94” restaurant.

Day 3: SANTIAGO DE CHILE/VALLE DEL MAIPO/SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Winemaker Experience
Departure from Santiago towards the Maipo Valley, approximately 45 km away from the capital, which is one of the most important wine valleys in the country. We will go to the Santa Rita Vineyard in Alto Jahuel, one of the most traditional in Chile since its foundation in 1880. It is surrounded by a unique natural environment, where the winemaking tradition, the history of Chile, the culture and the gastronomy coexist. Here you can live a “Winemaker Experience”, a tour for educational and recreational purposes, which encourages teamwork and brings the general public closer to the processes that surround the exciting world of wine. Together with knowing the vineyard, they will be able to design and elaborate the mixture and carry out the complete process that includes: bottling, corking, labeling, sealing. At the end of this process, visitors will take a 750 cc bottle of a wine made by themselves.
Lunch menu at “Doña Paula” restaurant within the same vineyard.
Later transfer to Haras de Pirque, a boutique vineyard with family traditions. With its particular horseshoe-shaped architecture, and on the slopes of a hill, you can enjoy one of the most privileged panoramic views of the Valley and the city of Santiago. Return to the hotel.

Day 4: SANTIAGO DE CHILE/VALPARAISO/SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Valparaiso Discovery
Departure towards the Pacific Ocean. Visit the picturesque town of Valparaíso. This city, founded in the 16th century, is made up of 43 hills which are accessed by narrow streets, long stairs and various elevators. This port, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, offers unique and fascinating architecture. Here we will take an Urban Art Tour, which is a route designed to provide an introduction to the Graffiti & Street art subculture. This route seeks to provide a general knowledge about the roots of muralism and graffiti, the techniques used in South America vs. United States and Europe; the importance on the scene of our continent and the motivations at a general level of “Writers” and urban painters. Lunch served at restaurant “Nogaró”.
Visit the city of Viña del Mar, known as the “Garden City” thanks to its beautiful beaches, beautiful parks and floral ornaments, such as the famous flower clock. Return to Santiago.

Day 5: SANTIAGO DE CHILE/CALAMA/SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA
Transfer to Santiago airport to board flight to Calama. Arrival and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama located 2,140 meters above sea level. Lunch served at the hotel.
The Red Planet Excursion
During the afternoon there will be an excursion to the Valley of Mars, located 20 kms. west of San Pedro de Atacama and whose landscape resembles that of the red planet. Later visit to the Valley of the Moon. This valley is a small 500 meter diameter depression of saline soil that presents intriguing sculptural forms, the result of the successive transformations of the earth’s crust. Cocktail to appreciate the sunset on the limits of the Los Flamencos Reserve. Return to the town.

Day 6: SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA
The Altiplano & The Andes
Departure towards the Town of Toconao, built with volcanic stone, which stands out for its heritage architecture, with the church of San Lucas, and its bell tower, declared a National Monument. We will continue the journey to Laguna Chaxa, a scene of spectacular beauty that is divided into several water bodies where a large number of flamingos and other birds such as large and small parinas live. Then we head towards the Altiplano to visit the Miscanti and Miñiques lagoons at more than 4,200 meters above sea level. Surrounded by imposing volcanoes originated by the elevation of the Andes Mountains, and the habitat of a great variety of birds, they are a truly surprising destination. Picnic lunch on the terraces of Socaire with an imposing view of the Licancabur volcano. Return to San Pedro de Atacama.

Day 7: SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA
Tatio Geysers
Departure in the early morning (4:30 am) to the Tatio Geysers located at 4,300 meters high in the Andes Mountains. Breakfast in the geysers and then begin a guided walk through the geothermal field and observe the fumaroles that appear imposing at dawn. Free time to walk and return with a spectacular view of the Tocorpuri and Sairecabur volcanoes. On the way, visit the small village of Machuca, an interesting town with its typical cultivation terraces, mud houses with thatched roofs, its church and its local fauna such as llamas, alpacas and flamingos. Later we will do a short hiking in the Guatín valley, an area where the waters of the Puritama and Purifica rivers descend, originating a great variety of cacti. It is also known as Valle de los Cactus or Quebrada de Cardones. Many of them centenarians and with heights bordering 7 meters, which are in danger of extinction. Return to San Pedro de Atacama.
Typical lunch in the Community of Coyo where you can taste local products and participate in a ceremony of gratitude to the “Pachamama” (Mother Earth). Return to the hotel.
Into the Space
The main objective of this tour is to ensure that its visitors can take full advantage of the wonders offered by the nights of the Atacama desert; one of the best places on Earth to see the sky. During this unforgettable experience you will be able to learn how to look at the sky and there will be the possibility of observing through powerful telescopes. During the first part of the tour, the sky that we can see with the naked eye is shown. In this didactic induction it will be understood what is being seen; what is a constellation, how to learn from them, how to understand a map of the sky and recognize the main stars. When the moon is visible, it leads to the second part where there is the possibility of seeing directly through the telescopes and taking pictures. A unique experience that nothing compares to the images that can be found in books or on the Internet; seeing directly the stars or a planet like Saturn will undoubtedly provide an unforgettable moment. At the end, I return to the hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to the Calama airport to board the flight to Santiago. Transfer to the hotel. Farewell dinner at restaurant “Como Agua para Chocolate”.
